Adeni offers a wide range of professional services to associations and private clients in relation to Corporate Management, Development, Maintenance and general business improvement. These services are delivered by experienced staff who are commited to understanding and improving their clients business.. Our approach is friendly and confident with regular communication. Interim Senior Management -  We offer full and part time Senior Management services within Development and Maintenance to cover both short and long term vacancies.

Project Management - In addition towider Project Management services we offer contract management services on a scheme by scheme basis. Our flexibility enables clients to ensure additional capacity is available from Adeni on a short or long term basis.

Task and Finish Work - We deliver specific work items such as reviewing policies and procedures from start to finish or just simply providing advice and guidance. 

Journey Mapping -  Working with Individuals, teams, Boards and tenants we use various techniques and our expertise of Facilitation to assess the current delivery of services and work closely with clients to explore how these services can be more effectively and efficiently delivered. We take an innovative approach and challenge is a key part of our approach using the 5 Why's. Empowering clients to take ownership and implement new service delivery is exciting and positive outcomes are rewarding for all. Above all else we make the process fun and ensure everyone participates.

 WHQS Audit - Our extensive knowledge of WHQS and practical experience of delivering compliance enables us to offer an Audit Service to clients. We would be happy to randomly select compliant properties and check them against a standard compliance checklist, reporting our findings clearly and concisely.

Site Audit - Most block Insurance cover requires associations to inspect their schemes at least annually or bi-annually and record and monitor the general condition of the public areas. Adeni is able to carry out this function on behalf of associations and provide a schedule of condition along with works required.

Team Building - Working with individuals or teams to address specific issues or improve overall performance. We also specialise in working with association staff and third party companies such as project teams in Development or Maintenance to enhance performance through analysis of existing relationships and identifying improvements for the future. Problem Resolution - Acting as an Independent party to resolve an existing problem with the aim of preventing the issue from escalating unnecessarily

Risk Register - Advice, Guidance,  Review and Monitoring of the Risk Register, Risk Management Strategy and Risk Appetite Statement.. Working with teams and individuals to ensure that the Risk Register is current, valid and regularly reviewed. We also offer a 'one off' 'Adeni Challenge' where we have a list of senarios which can test how robust an Associations Risk Strategy is and how the Register seeks to address such issues.

Business Planning - Advice and Guidance on Business Planning issues and research into new areas of business. We provide expertise gained within the sector to deliver independent tailored solutions for associations and private companies.

Advice on Section 106 'Affordable Housing' Agreements - Acting as an Independent Facilitator linking associations and developers to deliver Affordable Housing provisions within Section 106 ASgreements.

Site/Property Finding - Taking an Associations requirements for  new developments and seeking out land and property available which meets those requirements.
