About us
Adeni, established in 2002, is a strong Housing Consultancy, Project Management and Quantity Surveying practice bringing together the strengths and experiences of its Directors, Paul Davies and Colin Fayers. Having worked together for 20 years have over 45 years of experience and together with our support staff we aim to work with organisations to successfully carry out a wide variety of projects whilst, at all times, safeguarding the organisations from inherent risks.
We aim to work as your competent and reliable partner in business. Our staff will always welcome you with a friendly, attentive service.
We believe our greatest strength is our ability to understand clients organisations and their needs and develop and maintain long term relationships.
The practice is currently working on a wide variety of projects in both the public and private sector and the practice is included on the Approved Panel of Consultants for a number of clients.

Paul Davies Ba(Hons) Housing,

Director
Paul has many years experience working within both the Affordable Housing Sector and Private Practice. Educated at Sheffield Polytechnic Paul then worked in London for a major Association providing both rented accommodation and Low Cost Home Ownership. Moving to Cardiff in 1988 Paul became a member of the Senior Management Team at the Cadarn Housing Group having responsibility for Development, Maintenance and New Business.
Paul established Adeni in 2002 providing and developing services to associations and private companies with a clear vision of delivering professional services to improve business performance, ensuring staff are fully engaged, empowered and motivated.
Paul is an excellent Facilitator and qualified Thermographer and now leads Adeni's Thermal Imaging Service.
Colin Fayers MRICS
Director
Colin Is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, having graduated from the Polytechnic of Wales, joined Symonds Group in 1987 and progressed to Regional Director, before leaving to form his own Practice Wright & Fayers in 2000, finally joining Adeni in 2008.
Colin is dedicated and results driven construction professional with a highly successful background in the achievement of profitable business growth, through the long term relationships with clients and consultants alike, working on a variety of projects ranging from industrial, commercial, education and residential in value from £500k to £20m
With experience in working in a diverse range of sectors, Colin’s primary focus is on exceeding expectations for clients whilst delivering quality, cost and project management. He possess excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and the proven ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial internal and external relationships.
